E-Clean is an electronic means of recording completed jobs, replacing any former paper based system and streamlining the way facilities management organisations report information.

Each cleaning operative uses a smart phone device which captures a proof of signature, location co-ordinates and a date and time stamp for each and every job. This enables reports to be generate and sent to clients with transparent, accurate and real time information giving them absolute confidence that each and every job has been carried out as agreed.

The job scheduling, alerting and reporting tool means that an organisation is able to react quickly to changing needs, schedule jobs to workers out in the field and immediately identify if jobs have not been completed on time.
